Although I am experienced in many areas, I like to focus on my strengths and delegate to other professionals within our Real Estate Company to handle specific needs. It is my opinion that one cannot be everything to everyone and that is why I have direct referral contacts that specialize in various areas. My professional background is expansive and includes but is not limited to retail sales, oil and gas related construction and service, land development, and overall sales and management in business. From 1997 to 2004, I was a business partner in a successful excavation and asphalt paving company in the Grand Traverse Area. I was responsible for and touched almost every aspect of the operations of the business, but focused on the development and overall satisfaction of our clients. I have always taken a hands-on approach to business, first learning the trade and then applying experience and knowledge to get the most and best out of others. I became a licensed realtor in Michigan in 2004 and formed a land development company specializing in consulting, land acquisition, planning and the public approval process. In late 2004, I joined EXIT Realty and along with two partners purchased an EXIT Realty Franchise. Shortly thereafter we opened two additional offices and ultimately acquired the Subfranchise rights for EXIT Realty Michigan. In 2009 we sold our Real Estate offices and I took a more full-time role as Regional President of EXIT Realty Michigan and Illinois, focusing on franchise sales and regional growth efforts. Currently, due to my expansive sphere of influence within the Northern Michigan area, I continue to list and sell for exclusive clients. The team environment within our firm allows me to work with clients and achieve results through referrals to our in-house Realtors; and I provide constant relationship monitoring to ensure efficiency and progress.
